Do you love to sing, but others tell you to stop, or that maybe you shouldn't? Have you sung in the past, but in recent years, you have prioritised taking care of others’ needs rather than your own sources of joy? Is your voice feeling small, quiet, stiff, stuck or uncomfortable? Would you like to experience joyful singing in a safe, gentle, considerate workshop environment?
Join us for "Revive Your Voice," a 90-minute workshop by L.A. Mitchell designed to help you rekindle your passion for singing, revitalise your voice, and rediscover the joy of singing songs you love.
This group workshop will:
-
- Reconnect you with your body.
- Stretch, engage, and expand your breathing muscles.
- Link your exhalation to producing sound.
- Discover how releasing air can release emotion.
- Develop vocal sound starting from a place of relaxation.
- Finish by singing together joyfully and effortlessly.
No singing or performance experience is required.
