A practical and supportive workshop for hormonal voice changes
Hormonal changes can affect the voice in ways many people are never warned about.
You may notice:
- vocal fatigue
- loss of range or clarity
- instability or cracking
- breathiness or strain
- difficulty projecting
- changes in confidence or self-expression
- the unsettling feeling that you no longer sound like yourself
For some people, these changes affect work, relationships, singing, public speaking, or identity. For others, the impact is quieter but still deeply personal.
This workshop offers a supportive, evidence-informed space to better understand what is happening and to learn practical tools for working with your changing voice.
Together we will explore:
- The very real effects hormones can have on the voice
- vocal health best practice
- Postural realignment & airflow
- unlocking stiffness
- breathing and stamina
- Maintenance practices to rebuild trust in your voice
No singing or performance experience is required.
LIMITED TO 25 PARTICIPANTS.
